Abstract. Different kinds of intersection properties have been investigated. They are used to estimate projection constants, to define some classes of spaces (like hyperconvex spaces), and to study the Jung constants. In this paper, we study the relations among them and with some other properties, and also show that some notions and some results have been defined and studied again after some time of partial oblivion. Moreover, we raise several questions: probably some of them are highly non trivial.
