Abstract. Fritz John necessary conditions for weakly efficient solutions of nonsmooth vector variational inequality problems with constraints in terms of convexificators are derived. Karush-Kuhn-Tucker necessary efficiency conditions are established under a Mangasarian-Fromovitz type constraint qualification. Finally, sufficient conditions are given under suitable assumptions on the generalized convexity.
