Abstract. This paper is concerned the large time behavior of solutions to wave equations arising from the linearized compressible Navier-Stokes-Poisson (CNSP) system. By a detailed analysis of solution operators, we prove that global solutions could be approximated by the convolution of the heat kernel together with the heat kernel .
